Fulfilment, shipping and returns

Find our fulfilment and shipping rates and times below for retail and wholesale orders as well as our refunds and returns policy.

Shipping rates – retail

  • $10 express shipping via Australia Post anywhere in Australia – one to two business days.
  • FREE express shipping via Australia Post anywhere in Australia on all orders over $59.
  • International shipping is sent via Sendle. The cost of international shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

Fulfilment and shipping – retail

  • All orders will be posted within 48 hours of being placed. We strive to have all orders posted within 24 hours of ordering, with orders placed before midday generally posted the same day.
  • Tracking numbers are assigned to each order within 12 hours of the item being posted. You will receive an email from us with this information. SMS and email updates will also be sent to you so you can easily track your order.

Shipping information – retail

  • All packages are sent through either Australia Post Express or Sendle International.
  • All shipments will have a tracking number provided to you via email so you can easily track your order.
  • If you elected to have your item sent via express post, please allow up to two business days for the item to arrive from the time the item is posted via express post. Express post will generally arrive the next business day after being posted.

Fulfilment and shipping information – wholesale

  • All wholesale orders will be fulfiled and shipped within 3 business days from placing the order, in most cases fulfilment time will be less than 3 business days from order placement, fulfilment time is dependent on the size of the order. 
  • All wholesale orders are shipped via Sendle courier. You will receive an email from us with your tracking information within 12 hours of the item being posted. SMS updates will also be sent to you so you can easily track your order.

Refunds and Returns

  • If any of the packages are damaged, bottles broken, labels ripped or any related faults that deem the products unusable for their designed purpose, please take a photo of the condition of the damage and email it to us at hello@sydneyvapeco.com.au. We will arrange your choice of either a refund or replacement to be sent out within 48 hours via express post free of charge.
  • As taste is subjective, you may not like every flavor we create. Our e-liquids contain food-grade ingredients and are considered consumable goods, so we are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind or don’t like the flavours you’ve chosen.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages which are marked delivered by Australia Post. However, we will do what we can to resolve any issues as we realise how frustrating it is to have your package stolen or lost.

Please note that while we strive to meet the aforementioned conditions, the above information is dependent on exterior conditions, such as the time of year, severe weather conditions and postal conditions.

Please be aware that some people may be allergic to Propylene Glycol or artificial and natural flavourings used in our flavours.
